At Trak Racer, we stand by the quality of our racing simulators and electronics, offering a 14-day return period for products in original, unused condition. We aim to ensure every driver is fully satisfied with their rig and hardware setup.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original factory packaging, including all cables, mounting hardware, and manuals to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a tracked service to our designated regional distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
